Justin Craig, M.A., BCBA
Clinical Director & Co-Founder
Justin Craig is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with more than a decade of experience in applied behavior analysis. He has trained under leaders in the field in a progressive, contemporary approach to ABA, with an emphasis on real-world learning, clinical judgment, and meaningful client progress.
Beyond the clinic, Justin has held regional leadership roles overseeing operations across California, Texas, and Hawaii, managing large teams and building systems for training, quality, and growth. At G.R.O.W., he brings both sides together: clinical care grounded in strong relationships, supported by an organization built to run well.
His clinical focus is meaningful progress, quality of life, and skills that generalize beyond the therapy room. Every program he builds starts with a simple question: where will this client be in five years? That means teaching in the moment, shaping skills through naturally occurring reinforcers, and building independence, perseverance, and self-monitoring that hold up in the real world. The end goal for every family: the understanding and confidence to carry progress forward, long after sessions end.
Justin has completed master's level education in Organizational Training and Development and Applied Behavior Analysis. He is a published contributor to ABA literature, co-authoring a chapter on clinical judgment in applied behavior analysis (2025). His past community work includes volunteering with ACEing Autism and youth programs in Long Beach.
He lives in Long Beach with his wife and children. When he's not at the clinic, you'll find him surfing, camping with his family, or on the sidelines at AYSO.
